Date and Denomination of Notes; Payments of Interest and Defaulted Amounts. (a) The Notes shall be issuable in registered form without coupons in minimum denominations of $1,000 principal amount and integral multiples of $1,000 thereof. Each Note shall be dated the date of its authentication and shall bear interest from the date specified on the face of such Note. Accrued interest on the Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year composed of twelve 30-day months and, for partial months, on the basis of actual days elapsed over a 30-day month. The Company shall pay cash amounts in money of the United States that at the time of payment is legal tender for payment of public and private debts. The first paragraph of Section 2.03 of the Base Indenture shall, with respect to the Notes, be superseded in its entirety by this Section 2.04(a), and any reference in the Base Indenture to such paragraph of Section 2.03 shall, with respect to the Notes, be deemed to refer instead to this Section 2.04(a).
