Common use of Database File Clause in Contracts

Database File. Upon reasonable request by the Indenture Trustee or the Backup Servicer, the Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape containing the database file for each Loan (a) as of the applicable Cut-Off Date, (b) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period and on the Determination Date prior to a Servicer Default and (c) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Servicer Default.

Database File.
