Common use of Data Verification Clause in Contracts

Data Verification. 8.5.1. The Contractor shall maintain and either provide to Subcontractors, or require Subcontractors to also maintain, a health information system that complies with the requirements of 42 CFR §438.242 and provides the information necessary to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 8.5.2. The Contractor shall have in place mechanisms by which to verify that the health information received from Subcontractors is complete and accurate.
