Common use of Data Updates Clause in Contracts

If you have purchased an update subscription for data Products and paid the applicable annual fees, we will deliver updates to those Products with the frequency and for the period specified on the Order Form. Data updates replace data Products you initially licenced from us and that made you eligible for the data update.
