Data Updates. Validation 6.1.1. Updates are a generic transaction type which can be passed between relevant Market Participants. The objective of the design is to optimise processing while not prescribing how updates should be carried out.

Data Updates. A. The Three Cities Study restricted data design is such that regular data updates will be produced and available to Investigators every two (2) years. B. DSDR will inform the Investigator of the updates and the Investigator must request the data update in writing to DSDR. C. Data updates received by the Investigator will be covered by the terms of the agreement.

Data Updates. (1) In the case of data that is updated at regular intervals by the Statistics Austria Federal Institution, data users may request an update of their product (data acquired for the first time or updates already acquired) at the list price for updates (corresponding to 40% of the price according to the current charging structure for first acquisition) under the following conditions: (2) In the event of "internal use" usage rights, entitlement to acquire the update at the list price for updates requires that the last acquisition (first acquisition or most recently acquired update) of the data by the data user was within the previous three calendar years and the data user has fulfilled all associated obligations. (3) In the event of "commercial use including resale" and "commercial use excluding resale" usage rights, the respective usage rights only remain valid provided that the update was acquired within six weeks of publication of completion of an update (Statistics Austria Federal Institution website or e-mail information). In the case of these usage rights, entitlement to acquire the update also requires that the data user has fulfilled all obligations associated with the agreed usage. (4) Any subsequent acquisition of the update corresponds to a first acquisition and is then only possible at the current price according to the charging structure for first acquisition (for the relevant usage type).

Data Updates. The Insurer shall have reasonable access to all updates to data, including benefit amounts, benefit forms, dates of birth, dates of death, gender, and lives missing from the original data provided by Towers Wats▇▇ ▇▇▇t relate to the premium payable to the Insurer, in each case limited to data in connection with Priced Lives who are Covered Lives, Contingent Lives and Beneficiaries.

Data Updates. If you have purchased an update subscription for data Products and paid the applicable annual fees, we will deliver updates to those Products with the frequency and for the period specified on the Order Form. Data updates replace data Products you initially licenced from us and that made you eligible for the data update.

Data Updates. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac will replace the Daily Issue file daily. Other Mortgage Securities Data will continue to be available to Licensee until ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac replaces or updates the data file. A regular release of a new Mortgage Securities data file will replace the Mortgage Securities data file previously released. Licensee must access, correct and store data in a timely manner so that any future access reflects complete and accurate information. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac has no obligation to provide any historical Mortgage Securities Data.

Data Updates. During the term of this APA, Qlik may provide Licensee with notice of updates to the Data (“Data Updates”) from time to time as such Updates may be made available to Qlik by third parties. By accessing or downloading any Data Updates, Licensee agrees that such Data Updates shall be subject to, and used solely in accordance with, this Section 12.

Data Updates. In addition to the initial Data, B&T will provide Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇h periodic updates to the Data. Data updates will include (a) updates to the Data Elements delivered pursuant to Section 3.1, and (b) as soon as practicable, but not more than six (6) months following the date of this Agreement, initial data-sets and updates to the "Unavailable" Data Elements. B&T acknowledges the importance of timely and frequent delivery of Data updates to Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇. ▇&T will provide to Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ates to the Data in a mutually agreeable, convenient format on a timely and best available basis, but no less frequently than what Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇rently (i.e., as of the date of this Agreement) enjoys from B&T. Further, B&T will cooperate with Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇ develop and implement an effective method for providing such updates to Amaz▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇ a daily basis in an mutually agreeable format. The parties acknowledge that a method for furnishing daily updates to the Data has not been implemented as of the date of this Agreement, but each party will use commercially reasonable efforts to develop and implement such capability as soon as reasonably possible after the execution of this Agreement.

Data Updates. Marin County may request updates to the Data for data compiled through the 2019 Code Cycle. Marin County must request the updates from ENERGY RATING PROVIDER, and the data will be provided at mutually agreed upon intervals. Biannual updates will be billed in accordance with fees set forth in Attachment A.
