Data Transparency Clause Samples
Data Transparency. Governmental Unit shall provide clear information that is understandable by a layperson explaining the data elements of the Confidential Data that Governmental Unit collects, the learning purpose for which Governmental Unit collects it, and how Governmental Unit uses and shares it. The information must include all Confidential Data that Governmental Unit collects regardless of whether it is initially collected or ultimately held individually or in the aggregate. Governmental Unit shall provide the information to the School District in a format that is easily accessible through a website. Governmental Unit shall update the information as necessary to maintain accuracy. Governmental Unit shall provide clear notice to the School District before making material changes to its privacy policy for school services. Governmental Unit shall facilitate access to and correction of any factually inaccurate Confidential Data by the School District in response to a request for correction that the School District receives and responds to in accordance with section 22-16-112(1)(c), C.R.S. Upon discovering the misuse or unauthorized release of the Confidential Data held by Governmental Unit, a subcontractor of Governmental Unit, or a subsequent subcontractor, Governmental Unit shall notify the School District as soon as possible, regardless of whether the misuse or unauthorized release is a result of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement.
Data Transparency. 32.1 The Service Provider acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the Transparency Commitment. Accordingly, notwithstanding Clause 30 and Clause 31, the Service Provider hereby gives its consent for the Authority to publish the Contract Information to the general public.
32.2 The Authority may in its absolute discretion redact all or part of the Contract Information prior to its publication. In so doing and in its absolute discretion the Authority may take account of the exemptions/exceptions that would be available in relation to information requested under the FOI Legislation. The Authority may in its absolute discretion consult with the Service Provider regarding any redactions to the Contract Information to be published pursuant to Clause 32.1. The Authority shall make the final decision regarding publication and/or redaction of the Contract Information.
Data Transparency. The Supplier acknowledges that the Company is subject to the Transparency Commitment. Accordingly, notwithstanding Clause 26 and Clause 44.1, the Supplier hereby gives its consent for the Company to publish the Contract Information to the general public.

Data Transparency. 2.1 This Leasing Principle only applies to landlords who collect sales data from tenants as part of the GTO Rent formula.
2.2 Landlords who are entitled to collect sales data from tenants as part of the GTO Rent formula under the lease agreement must share sales data metrics by trade category (i.e. total monthly sales and total floor area) on a one-on-one basis before the signing of the lease agreement. The lease agreement must provide that landlords must share such sales data on a bi-annual basis with tenants during the duration of the lease. For reasons of confidentiality, the lease agreement must provide that landlord must not be required to share sales data where the number of tenants for the relevant trade category is less than 3.
2.3 For tenants whose lease agreements are entered into prior to the Effective Date and who pay rent under a GTO Rent formula, landlords must share such sales data with such tenants on a bi-annual basis with effect from the Effective Date, regardless of whether or not there is an obligation to do so in the lease agreement.
Data Transparency. Interconnector operates in a transparent manner and will make publicly available aggregated information relating to the provision of the Storage Service.

The Employer shall make the final decision regarding publication and/or redaction of the Contract Information.
