Data Subject. Data Subject means (i) an identified or identifiable natural person whose Personal Data is subject to the GDPR; (ii) a “Consumer” as the term is defined in the CCPA; or (iii) any other natural person whose personal information is protected under Applicable Data Protection Laws.
