Data Set Access and Use. Provider agrees to participate in the BioSense Program by submitting data and utilizing BioSense 2.0 in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. The Provider shall not take any actions that are inconsistent with this Agreement; Provider shall not submit Data to BioSense 2.0 that it is not authorized to submit; and Provider submission of Data will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions by Provider may result in suspension or termination of the Provider’s access to and/or use of BioSense 2.0. a.
