Common use of Data Requested Clause in Contracts

Data Requested. Within a reasonable period of time and from time to time such other financial data or information as the First Union Lender may reasonably request with respect to the Property, the Property Owner, or the Borrower, including, but not limited to, rent rolls, aged receivables, aged payables, leases, budgets, forecasts, reserves, cash flow projections, deposit accounts, mortgage information, physical condition of the Property and pending lease proposals.
