Common use of Data Requested Clause in Contracts

Data Requested. Within a reasonable period of time after a request from Administrative Agent, such other financial data or information as Administrative Agent may reasonably request with respect to any of the Portfolio Assets or members of the Combined Group including, without limitation, operating statements, budgets, mortgage information, rent rolls, and lease status/expiration reports.

Data Requested. Within a reasonable period of time after a request from Administrative Agent, such other financial data or information as Administrative Agent may reasonably request with respect to Borrower, Guarantor, each other Pledgor, the Collateral or any of the Portfolio Assets or members of the Combined Group Advance Properties, including, without limitation, operating statements, budgets, mortgage information, rent rolls, lease status reports, historical and lease status/expiration projected operating statements, development budgets, documentation relating to existing debt, engineering reports, environmental reports, surveys, title commitments, and appraisals.
