Data Recording. You agree that we may (without any obligation) record, retain, and/or monitor any communications (including, without limitation, telephone conversations) between you and us without further notice. You also acknowledge and agree that when you use the Services that the transaction and other information you enter may be recorded and retained by us. All such information, data, and communications recorded, retained, or monitored by us shall be and remain our property, and we shall have no obligation to provide any such data to you, subject to the requirements of applicable law. If you request us to provide any such data, and if we agree, you agree to pay our fees and charges for making the data available to you. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the maintenance and storage of your own data and other information created through your use of the Services.
