Data Recipient. The individual or entity that makes a request for data intended for NCDHHS operational and business intelligence purposes, research, or approved use.
Data Recipient. A Data Recipient is a CHHS Department or unit or program within a CHHS Department and its specific Authorized User groups, which have been approved to access or receive data from a Data Provider.
Data Recipient. Any Party receiving Covered Data pursuant to this Agreement. This includes all individual employees, contractors, delegees, agents, and attorneys of any such Party who have also been bound by this Agreement as signed by an authorized representative, and are thereby authorized under this Agreement to receive or have access to Covered Data.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)
