Common use of Data Protection Clause in Contracts

Data Protection. 22.1 With respect to the Parties' rights and obligations under this Framework Agreement, the Parties agree that the Authority is the Data Controller and that the Supplier is the Data Processor.

With respect to the Parties' rights and obligations under this Framework Agreement, the Parties agree that the Authority is the Data Controller and that the Supplier is the Data ProcessorProcessor in relation to Authority Personal Data. The Supplier shall (and shall procure that Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the Data Protection Legislation and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the Data Protection Legislation which arise in connection with this Framework Agreement.

Data Protection. 22.1 With respect to 1.1 The Parties acknowledge that for the Parties' rights and obligations under this Framework Agreementpurposes of the Data Protection Legislation, the Parties agree that the Authority is the Data Controller and the Supplier is the Processor. The only Processing that the Supplier is authorised to do is listed in Table A of this Protocol by the Data ProcessorAuthority and may not be determined by the Supplier.
