Common use of Data Protection Requests Clause in Contracts

Data Protection Requests. If Invoice Cloud receives any requests from individuals or applicable data protection authorities relating to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement, including requests from individuals seeking to exercise their rights under EU Data Protection Law, Invoice Cloud will promptly redirect the request to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Invoice Cloud will not respond to such communication directly without ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ prior authorization, unless legally compelled to do so. If Invoice Cloud is required to respond to such a request, Invoice Cloud will promptly notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with a copy of the request, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
