Data Protection Requests. Institution shall promptly notify CRO in writing if they receive any communication with regards to data protection relating to the services from a Data Subject, a data protection authority or other regulatory authority and provide CRO with full cooperation and assistance in relation to any such communication, at no additional cost to CRO or the Sponsor.
