Common use of Data Protection Act Clause in Contracts

Data Protection Act. 33.1 The Contractor shall (and shall procure that any of its Staff involved in the provision of the Agreement) comply with any notification requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Agreement.
