Common use of Data Practices Clause in Contracts

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Contractor because of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy.

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Independent Contractor because of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy.

Data Practices. All data created, collected, createdreceived, receivedstored, used, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Contractor because of purpose in connection with this contract Agreement is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal other State and Federal rules and regulations on relating to data privacy.

Data Practices. The Contractor agrees to abide by the statutes, rules, and regulations as they may be amended.

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Contractor Service Provider because of this contract is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy.

Data Practices. All data collected, created, received, maintained, or disseminated for any purposes by the activities of Contractor because the COUNTY, its Assessor, or the CITY by reason of this contract Agreement is governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as amended, the Minnesota Rules implementing such act Act now in force or as adopted, as well as federal regulations on data privacy. All parties shall comply with applicable law regarding all data practices.
