Data Integrations Clause Samples

The Data Integrations clause defines the terms under which different software systems or platforms can connect and share data with each other. It typically outlines the technical requirements, security standards, and responsibilities of each party involved in facilitating these integrations, such as ensuring compatibility and maintaining data privacy. By establishing clear guidelines for how data is exchanged and protected, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures smooth interoperability, and mitigates risks related to data breaches or system incompatibility.

Data Integrations. While data integration (Single Sign On or Rostering) is not a requirement of using QuaverEd licenses, should you elect to enroll in our Single Sign On, Rostering, or Integrations services, QuaverEd provides robust support for such an integrated experience. It is important for Licensee to understand that the QuaverEd license can be completely accessed and utilized without any type of District integration. QuaverEd cannot control or dictate to District IT offices their workflow in making QuaverEd resources available within a District platform. Due to high volumes, requests for data integrations received between July and September can take 3–5 weeks to complete, so educators should also be aware that they can access their account natively (from the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ site). For more on available integrations visit: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/district-it-support/integration-support/.
