Common use of Data Export Clause in Contracts

Data Export. Upon termination of the Agreement, and subject to payment of all fees due under this Agreement, Company agrees to provide, in an industry standard format, an export of Customer’s data in accordance with Company’s then-current data export policy at then current standard fees.
