The City of Flowery Branch, GA ensures the 3rd party data received conforms to a Tyler standard format. • The 3rd party possesses the knowledge of how to program their portion of the interaction and understands how to manipulate the data received. • Client is on a supported, compatible version of the 3rd party software or Tyler Standard Data Exchange tools may not be available. • The City of Flowery Branch, GA is willing to make reasonable business process changes rather than expecting the product to conform to every aspect of their current system/process. • Any Modification requests not expressly stated in the contract are out of Scope. Modifications requested after contract signing have the potential to change cost, Scope, schedule, and production dates for project Phases.
