Data Elements. As stated in Section 1.2.1, the plan identifies standard data elements for project identification information, environmental sampling data, and locational data. Valid values are also provided as drop-down entry items in the Region 10 Scribe template/Portland Harbor template (when available). The following sections summarize the information in these appendices as they relate to the major data categories.
