DATA CONTROLLER AFFILIATE ORDERING. If a Data Controller Affiliate purchased a separate instance of the Subscription Service under the terms of the signed master agreement between ServiceNow and Customer, then such Data Controller Affiliate will be deemed a party to this DPA and shall be treated as Customer under the terms of this DPA.
