Common use of Data Consents Clause in Contracts

Data Consents. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining, and represents and warrants that it has obtained or will obtain prior to Processing by Modjoul, all necessary consents, licenses and approvals for the Processing, or otherwise has a valid legal basis under EU Data Protection Laws for the Processing of, any Personal Data provided by Customer or its Users as part of the Subscription Services (the “Customer Consent Obligation”).
