Data Collection and Processing. 3.1. The user provides personal data voluntarily. The User's personal data is collected for the purposes of concluding and executing the Agreement with S.F.T. sport j.d.o.o. and the Company commits that all User’s personal data obtained under the Agreement will be processed, provided with appropriate protection, and kept secret in accordance with the relevant provisions on the protection of personal data and exclusively within the scope and purpose of their collection. 3.2. The rights of the User and the protection of rights are determined by the relevant regulations on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Croatia and the General Regulation on Data Protection. 3.3.
