DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS. The goal of this task is to collect operational data from the project, to analyze that data for economic and environmental impacts, and to include the data and analysis in the Final Report. • Collect and provide at least 12 months of throughput, usage, and operations data from the project including, but not limited to: o Draft and final data collection plan outline. o Performance metrics including, but not limited to course baseline data, attendance, training agenda, total time trained, training topics, duration of training sessions, tests and exams, surveys, job placement, outreach objectives and outcomes, completion rates, participation rates, and certificates of completion. o Qualitative and quantitative information. o Key workforce and training issues encountered and describe the resolution of the issues. o Trainee, participant, and attendee demographic and ethnicity information. o Jobs, employment, and economic impact as a direct result of the project. o Trainee occupations, skills, and wage rates. o Job market(s) that support ▇▇▇ technologies. Compare the job market and status from the time of the original project proposal to the time of the project’s completion. o Baseline data. o Job placement. o List of SME, industry partners, project partners, key stakeholders, and other project collaborators. o DAC participation and results. • Collect data, information, and analysis described above and include in the Final Report. • Compare any project performance and expectations provided in the proposal to CEC with actual project performance and accomplishments. • Discuss recommendations. • Draft Data Collection Plan Outline • Final Data Collection Plan Outline • Final Report
