Data Center PBX Sample Clauses

Data Center PBX. Within the first year of the Term of the Sublease, Subtenant shall remove its telephone cards from the current PBX system in the data center, proportionate to the number of telephone lines serving the Subleased Premises in relation to the total number of telephone lines serving the Leased Premises. All of the phone devices located in the Subleased Premises shall be the property of Subtenant to utilize as it sees fit.
