Voice Systems a. Voice cable risers (twisted pair copper cabling)- Subtenant reserves the right to make use of the existing voice risers that connect the Subleased Premises to the data center. If so desired, it may re-route/extend voice riser cables from the data center on the sub-concourse level to alternate locations within the sub-concourse level. Cabling that runs up the west riser shall be extended to the incoming service room. Cabling that runs up the east riser shall be extended to another mutually acceptable location within the sub- concourse. The re-routing/extending of the existing voice cables can be done outside of the spare conduit capacity made available by Sublandlord per Schedule 1, paragraph 1. Where necessary, Sublandlord shall allow access by Subtenant to route cabling through Sublandlord's IDF closets for the purposes of providing services to the Subleased Premises. All work performed by Subtenant shall insure that Sublandlord's remaining cabling systems and services are not compromised or placed at risk.
Voice Systems. The Contractor shall provide services related to designing, delivering, operating, monitoring, maintaining, transitioning and decommissioning solutions for both secure and non-secure voice systems. This includes both existing systems as well as new installations. The voice systems will vary in size, location, network configuration, and functionality. This may include, but is not limited to engineering, furnishing, installing, and maintaining of legacy Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, Hybrid Voice over Internet Protocol-Time Division Multiplex (VoIP-TDM) systems, VoIP Systems, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems, Intelligent Call Routing Systems, Healthcare and benefits specific systems, call center specific systems, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems. This will include working with leased voice solutions from telecommunications carriers.

For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
