Data Base Problems. If the condition is determined to be the result of corruption of the AS Software data base, and such corruption is not the direct result of the AS Software, the condition will be referred back to Owner. At Owner's request and at Vendor's option, Vendor may prepare a proposal for billable effort to correct Owner's data base.
