Common use of DATA AND FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

DATA AND FACILITIES. Contractor will work with City Departments to obtain, and City will provide, all applicable specifications and drawings, and all other documents including any available GIS data or other information showing locations of potential radio mounting assets (such as fiber routes, traffic signals, street lights and buildings) necessary for Contractor to incorporate into design of software and/or WiFi Network, Through previous project experience of similar nature, Contractor represents that it now has some of this information and/or can readily procure with limited assistance of the City, and will not rely on City machinery and equipment necessary for the performance of this Agreement.
