Descriptive Data The contractor shall deliver data in accordance with and as specified in Section J, Exhibit A (Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)) and as cited in each individual task order.

The Assignee/Lender shall not be liable to make payment or to deduct from the proceeds of sale any outstanding utilities/bills relating to the property namely water, electricity, telephone, gas or sewerage charges, administration charges and other utilities. All other fees, costs and charges relating to the transfer and assignment of the property including any revival cost for abandoned project (if any) shall also be borne solely by the successful Purchaser. Intending Purchaser shall make his own inquiries in respect thereof and the Purchaser shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the same.

Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Captions and Cross References The various captions (including the table of contents) in this Agreement are provided solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, references in this Agreement to any Section, Schedule or Exhibit are to such Section Schedule or Exhibit to this Agreement, as the case may be, and references in any Section, subsection, or clause to any subsection, clause or subclause are to such subsection, clause or subclause of such Section, subsection or clause.
