DATA AND CONTROLS. 4.1 Transpower Data: Transpower must provide the Customer with the Transpower Data through the Customer Link from the Start Date for the Transpower Data. The Customer may only use the Transpower Data: 4.1.1 to carry out any function, perform any obligation and exercise any right the Customer has under the Code, the Electricity Industry Act 2010 or any regulations made under that Act; and 4.1.2 for any other purpose Transpower has agreed, in writing that, the Customer may use the Transpower Data, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, including as set out in Schedule 1.
