Data Allowance Policy Sample Clauses
A Data Allowance Policy sets the rules and limits regarding the amount of data a user or customer can consume within a specified period, such as a month. Typically, this clause outlines the maximum data usage permitted, what happens if the allowance is exceeded (such as reduced speeds or additional charges), and any rollover or reset provisions. Its core function is to manage network resources efficiently and prevent excessive usage by individual users, thereby ensuring fair access and predictable costs for both the provider and the customer.
