Common use of Dance Auditions Clause in Contracts

Dance Auditions. (i) Either the Choreographer or Assistant Choreographer or qualified representative of the Engager must be present at all dance auditions. At no time shall the Artist be required to perform a pre-rehearsed or prepared dance and shall only perform such dance as is taught to the Artist by the Choreographer or Assistant Choreographer.
