Damage and Wastewater Stoppage. Unless damage or wastewater stoppage is due to our negligence, we’re not liable for—and you must pay for—repairs, replace- ments, and damage of the following kind if occurring during the Lease term or renewal period: (A) damage to doors, windows, or screens; (B) damage from windows or doors left open; and (C) damage from wastewater stoppages caused by improper objects in lines exclusive- ly serving your apartment.
