DALO's Delay Sample Clauses

DALO's Delay. In the event of delayed payment from DALO to the Supplier, the Supplier shall be entitled to interest at the default interest rate applicable to delayed payments (in Danish: "▇▇▇▇ - ▇▇▇▇▇") fixed in clause 5 (1) in the Danish Interest Act. If the payment from DALO is delayed, and a period of 3 (three) months have lapsed after the Supplier's written notice of the delay, the Supplier may terminate the Contract. The Supplier shall without undue delay notify DALO in writing of the termination.
