Time Computation Saturday, Sunday and holidays recognized by this Agreement shall not be counted under the time procedures established in this Agreement.
Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.
Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.
Balance Computation Method For all dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends are calculated by the average daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the average daily balance for the average daily balance calculation period. The average daily balance is determined by adding the full amount of the principal in Your Account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Accrual on Noncash Deposits. For dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends will begin to accrue on the business day that You deposit noncash items (e.g. checks) into Your Account.
STATE PREVAILING WAGE RATES A. CONSULTANT shall comply with the State of California’s General Prevailing Wage Rate requirements in accordance with California Labor Code, Section 1770, and all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances applicable to the work.
Computation of Period of Days, Deadline In computing a period of days, when the ending date is not 54 specified, the first day is excluded and the last day is included, e.g., three days after MEC. Prevailing Wage Rate Applicable to Bid Submissions A copy of the applicable prevailing wage rates to be paid or provided are annexed to the Bid Documents. Bidders must submit Bids which are based upon the prevailing hourly wages, and supplements in cash or equivalent benefits (i.e., fringe benefits and any cash or non-cash compensation which are not wages, as defined by law) that equal or exceed the applicable prevailing wage rate(s) for the location where the work is to be performed. Bidders may not submit Bids based upon hourly wage rates and supplements below the applicable prevailing wage rates as established by the New York State Department of Labor. Bids that fail to comply with this requirement will be disqualified.

Salary Computation The regular salary for each employee shall be based on the actual number of days or hours worked in the pay period, including authorized absences with pay, multiplied by the employee's daily or hourly rate. Such payments shall not exceed the biweekly rate as determined by the employee's range and step.
Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.
