Daily Rate. The daily rate for summer school shall be the greater of 1) Hourly Flat Rate – per Schedule “E”, or 2) direct instruction rate, which shall be determined by dividing the annual salary, based on the Adult Education salary schedule, by one hundred ninety (190) days; that result is further divided by 7.25 which establishes the hourly rate for summer school times the number of hours worked each day.
