Daily Minimums. Pre-approval of rentals for the day is required and generally for each 24 hours that the Customer has the aircraft reserved, the Customer agrees to fly for at least 2 hours. Aerowood Aviation may increase the daily minimums at its discretion. If the Customer does not fly the aircraft reserved in a manner to meet the daily minimum, then he/she will pay an additionalfailure to meet minimums” fee established by Aerowood Aviation. Daily Minimums. Employees bidding regular transportation routes as defined in this Agreement of 3.25 hours or more are guaranteed four (4) hours of work. These guarantees are subject to the following subsections: Actual Time Worked and Dead Time. Van washing or other extra work assignments will apply toward the minimum guarantee of hours of the route.

In the first and second years of the contract, coverage under Advantage is subject to a plan year, non-prescription drug, out-of-pocket maximum of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700) per person or three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 1 or Cost Level 2; two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400) per person or four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 3; and three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) per person or seven thousand two hundred dollars ($7,200) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 4.
