Daily Log. The Contractor shall create and maintain a daily Communication logbook (the “Daily Log”). The Client Agency Designee may add any corrective actions to the Daily Log. The Contractor’s on-Site Supervisor shall review, date and sign the Daily Log at the commencement of each shift and ensure noted corrective actions are made. A.
