Any inoperable paper and soap dispensers. B. The Client Agency Designee may add any poor performance noted in the Daily Log to Attachment 2 Inspection Form. This shall include the Contractor’s failure to complete assigned tasks as described in the Task Schedule Checklist, repeated unsatisfactory performance, needs improvement and failure to complete corrective actions within the specified timeline period.
