Cycle Time Commitment. (Standard - 1.5 M/l (Moves per Inventory) averaged over a period of one quarter for non hold inventory
1. Up to [*****] Hours / Quarter for four Quarters
2. Contracted engineering time may be utilized for the following development tasks:
a. New Recipe Creation: Creation of a new recipe or modification of an existing recipe in order to process D-Wave wafers
b. New Recipe Development: Development of new recipes to certain defined specs using best known methods
c. Consulting on technical questions
d. Problem lot disposition
e. Outsource investigations and Demo support
3. These services are to be executed under D-Wave’s direction and management
4. SVTC will make reasonable efforts to assign to the program adequate engineering resources with the expertise listed in Exhibit A of the Amendment dated April 1, 2008.

c. Consulting on technical questions

f. Project meeting attendance as normally scheduled or as requested by customer
2. These services are to be executed in collaboration with customer direction and management
