Common use of Cyber Liability Clause in Contracts

Cyber Liability. Cyber liability insurance with limits of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence. Coverage must include, but not be limited to, claims involving Cyber Risks. The cyber liability policy must be endorsed to cover the full replacement value of damage to, alteration of, loss of, or destruction of intangible property (including but not limited to information or data) that is in the care, custody, or control of the Consultant.

The cyber liability policy must be endorsed privacy violations, information theft, damage to cover the full replacement value of damage to, alteration of, loss of, or destruction of intangible property (including but not limited electronic information, intentional and/or unintentional release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion, and network security. Such coverage is required only if any products and/or services are related to information or data) that is in the care, custody, or control of the Consultanttechnology.
