CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. The Company accepts no responsibility for the adequacy, safety or other characteristics of The Customers installation.
CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. 11.1. We accept no responsibility for the adequacy, safety or other characteristics of Your Installation.
11.2. All Installations, (other than Your installation) belong to the DSO at all times and must be kept at the premises and used in line with Our or the DSO’s instructions. We accept no responsibility for maintaining any such Installation.
11.3. You must allow DSO authorised personnel, agents or contractors, at all reasonable times and at any time in an emergency, to enter any premises to which electricity is supplied for the purposes of reading, inspecting, testing, repairing, replacing or removing the meter or meters, Withdrawing Supply and for all other purposes in connection with supplying electricity. You must also give Us similar rights of access.

CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. The Customer's installation must comply with the requirements of the Service and Installation Rules of NSW and with AS/NZS 3000 Electrical Installations (known as the Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules) as amended from time to time.
CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. Customer warrants to the Cooperative that Customer's installation is constructed in accordance with the applicable versions of the National Electric Code, National Electric Safety Code, American National Standards Institute, Cooperative polices and procedures, as well as ordinances of jurisdictional authorities and will be maintained in such manner as to conform to such standards. The Cooperative does not undertake to determine if Customer's installation complies with such standards and the provision of service shall not be construed as any indicia of compliance; however, should it come to the attention of the Cooperative that Customer's installation does not conform to such standards, Customer may be required to conform prior to the provision of service or the Cooperative may discontinue service;
CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. Customer shall at all times maintain his/her installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code as well as other applicable standards that may be imposed by law, ordinance or regulation.
CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. In general, all pipes, utilization equipment and apparatus of any kind or nature on Customer’s side of the Point of Delivery (from the outlet connection of the regulating and metering equipment) for receiving gas from the Company and for applying or utilizing gas. The term “Day” shall mean a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours beginning midnight ACT and ending at 11:59:59 PM ACT.
CUSTOMERS INSTALLATION. The size of the conductors used for the Customer’s mains shall not be less than 16 mm2 copper. All the active conductors shall be the same cross sectional area and material.
