Customer's Consents. 2.1.1 All of the Company’s specifications including but not limited to outline, functional, materials, and protection specifications are Confidential Information. 2.1.2 The Company shall use reasonable endeavours in accordance with Paragraph 2.4 within sixty (60) Business Days following satisfaction of the appropriate Conditions Precedent to Agreement, provide the Customer with the outline specification to include the functional specification and protection specification for the connection of the Facility to the Network to facilitate the Customer in applying for Consents for the Customer’s Connection Works.
