Customer to pay invoice. 9.4.1 You must pay our invoices in full by the due date on the invoice, whether it is based on actual or estimated electricity use. You may not set off any of the amount you may owe to us under this contract against an amount that we may owe to you. 9.4.2 If you think our invoice has an error, please contact us so we can clarify any issues. Our contact details are set out on page 1. 9.4.3 If you dispute part (or all) of any invoice, you must still pay the undisputed amounts.
