Common use of Customer Support Clause in Contracts

Customer Support. 5.1. The Supplier undertakes to provide the Customer with customer support. The customer support shall be used for dealing with problems related to Gas supply, including price charging issues. 5.2. The Supplier shall present to the Customer the contact information for the provision of customer support services. 5.3. The Customer shall present to the Supplier the information of the contact person for communication with the Supplier on contractual matters and on matters of customer support. 5.4. The Contracting Parties may unilaterally change their own contact information by written notification presented to the other Contracting Party.
