Customer Security Measures. Notwithstanding the obligations set forth in Section 6.1above incumbent upon the Supplier, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that, in the use of the Services, it remains the sole responsibility of the Customer to take appropriate Security Measures in connection with the use of the Services by its personnel and those authorized to access said Services. 6.2.1 To this end, Customer agrees to use the Services and Personal Data processing features in a manner that provides a level of protection appropriate to the actual risk. 6.2.2 The Customer also agrees to take all appropriate measures to protect the authentication credentials, systems and devices used by the Customer or users at the End User to access the Services, and to make backups and backups of Personal Data to ensure the restoration of Personal Data in accordance with legal requirements. 6.2.3 There shall be no obligation or liability on the Supplier for the protection of Personal Data that the Customer or the End User, if applicable, stores or transfers outside the systems used by the Supplier and its Additional Processors (e.g. in paper files, or at its own data centers, such as in the case of Contracts concerning products installed at the Customer’s premises or at the Customer’s supplier’s premises).
