Common use of Customer Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer Xxxxxxxx agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Personal Data when in transit to and from the Services Services, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Personal Data uploaded to the Services.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services Service and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, selecting appropriately narrow access controls and address whitelists, protecting the security of Customer Data personal data when in transit to and from the Services Service, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to personal data processed in connection with the Services. Customer shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data while in its dominion and control.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to transmitted via the systems it administers and from the Services maintains (i.e. email encryption), and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup back up any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.

Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services Service, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.

Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as to the extent expressly provided by in this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services Service and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by in this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data Information when in transit to and from the Services Gruntwork Services, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data Information uploaded to the Gruntwork Services.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer Xxxxxxxx agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services Service, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that that, except as provided by this DPA, Customer it is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting credentials and encrypting Customer Data in transit to the security Services. Customer is additionally responsible for securing and backing up copies of Customer Data when in transit to that are exported and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to stored outside the Services.

Customer Responsibilities. Notwithstanding Without prejudice to the aboveabove provisions, the Customer agrees that that, except as provided by this DPA, the Customer is responsible for its secure use of the ServicesService, including without limitation, securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services Service, and taking any appropriate steps securely to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the ServicesService.
