Customer Representation. I am at least 18 years old and fully authorized to enter into this Agreement. I am the authorized account holder or have been given proper and binding authorization to change the Services and enter into this Agreement on behalf of the account holder. I represent that the business entering into this Agreement uses more than 15,000 kWh annually. I understand that if I have made any misrepresentations, Company has the right to: (i) immediately terminate this Agreement; (ii) use my misrepresenation as an affimative defense; and (iii) seek damages against me and the account holder.
