Customer Representation. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the employees of SKYWIRE constitute a valuable asset of SKYWIRE. Accordingly, Customer agrees not to make any offer(s) of employment to, nor enter into a consulting relationship with, any current employee of SKYWIRE or any former employee who was employed or retained by SKYWIRE within the immediately preceding three- hundred sixty-five (365) days who either: (i) provided services to Customer under or in connection with this Agreement; or (ii) was introduced to Customer during the performance of this Agreement.
