Customer Performance; Right to Terminate. In the event of a Force Majeure Event affecting CiteRight’s performance under this Agreement, Customer may suspend its performance hereunder until such time as CiteRight resumes full performance in accordance with this Agreement and the Specifications. The non-affected Party may terminate this Agreement if a Force Majeure Event continues for a period of ninety days or more. Unless this Agreement is terminated in accordance with this Section 15.2, the Term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended by a period equal to the period of suspension.
